   Inflatable games is made by PVC Tarpaulin. The Flame Retardant is suitable for BS5852(British Standard).

—What about size and color?
   The size and color can be changed according to your requirements or according to our catalogue.

   Yes, send us details and a sketch of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.

—What included in products?
   It is included inflatable games, blower, kit bag(including the same color??£¤s material, glue),ground sheet.

—What kind of guarantee you give?
   Our inflatable games can be used more than 1 year. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable games.

—Your blowers meet CE/UL requirements?
   At present, we have not. Our games including blower have been exported all over the world like USA, Canada, Italy, Japan, Korea, Middle East and so on , they are suitable for these market. If big quantity, we can get CE/UL approval for the blower.

—How do I pay?
   Please transmit(T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank.

—How do you start the order?
   We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.

—Producing time?
   Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable games is 7-20 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.

—Shipping?
   Can be sent by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 7 business days maximum and by sea 20-30 days. The shipping costs may be about USD250.00 for 1pcs of games. If you order more, the shipping cost for 1pcs will be lower than USD250.00. Air charge is different for different country.
